This role will primarily be based in Coolangatta and travel may be involved to deliver training across Feros Care’s national footprint.As a key member of the Learning and Development team, the Training Facilitator and Assessor will work collaboratively with subject matter experts and the customer experience project team to both develop and deliver motivating, engaging and inspiring training programs to support the change management process and project outcomes.About You:You will have a passion for training development and delivery and understand that this will be the primary focus of your role. As an experienced customer service trainer, you will have experience in multi-channel communication contact centres and bring a unique set of skills and knowledge to the role.
