Regional Manager, Community Services VIC/TAS
We are currently seeking a Regional Manager, Community Services to oversee the day to day operations and clinical management of our community services within Victoria and Tasmania. These areas cover metro Melbourne, Grampians, Launceston and Hobart. Reporting to the Operations Manager Service Delivery, the Community Services Regional Manager contributes as an integral member of the Operations group to ensure our service delivery teams and operational activities are closely aligned with strategic direction and consistent with our mission and values of Feros Care. You will play a key role in building and maintaining experienced, skilled, happy and motivated multi-disciplinary teams of staff, volunteers and contractors (including Allied Health, Nursing, and Care) across a specific geographic area.This is a full-time position, offered on a 12-month fixed term contract.What You’ll Be Doing:Working from your home office with regular travel throughout Melbourne, Tasmania and occasional visits to the Gold Coast head office Ensure effective workforce planning so that regional staffing levels are optimised, and a workforce is always available to achieve responsive service delivery, service levels and continuity of careEnsure regional teams have the clinical leadership, expert advice and issue resolution to facilitate high quality community services (inclusive of Allied Health and Nursing)Build a strong understanding of individual staff, their talents, their aspirations and goals to ensure staff can do their Best Life's Work at Feros CareLead, support and develop service teams to create engaging, positive, playful, creative, cohesive and productive workplacesWhat You’ll Need to Have:Relevant tertiary qualification in a Management, Social Welfare/ Human Service/ Nursing/ Health Discipline (and current registration with a professional body where applicable) or broad experience in service delivery and quality systems in either the aged, community care or health sectorsDemonstrated experience in leading community based multi-disciplinary service teams where you created a workplace culture that was engaging, positive, playful, creative, cohesive and productivePrevious management experience in a health service, aged, community or related environmentAbility to create strong regional networks of internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve our operational and strategic goals (including shared services, external contractors, education institutions)Understanding and advanced knowledge of person-centred care and an ability to deliver consistent professional and innovative services, quality outcomes and exceptional client experienceDemonstrated experience in facilitating training sessions for a Multi-disciplinary teamWho Are We?We’re Feros Care.
