We are seeking a Customer Service Liaison join our dynamic contact center team with Aspire4Life. You will be supporting our regional assessment service assessors (who work remotely across Australia) by taking care of the day-to-day admin tasks that help them run smoothly. You are their ‘back to base’ support and the backbone of the team!Our contact center team comprises both callers who provide over the phone support to the clients. And liaisons, who coordinate and schedule our assessors - the point of call between the client and the assessor. This role will see you:Handling a high volume of inbound/outbound phone callsScheduling and confirming appointments with our clientsMeeting KPIs and deadlines associated within a busy environmentCapturing and recording information electronicallyUsing multiple industry-specific and Microsoft Office programsWe are looking for someone who can remain cool, calm, and collected in a busy environment. You can capture critical information quickly and accurately. You are a customer service wizz with a positive, can-do attitude, who knows how to work hard, but also share a laugh. We need you to have:Previous experience working within a call center environment (or an office with high volume phone calls)Amazing communication skills.
