We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager, Service Delivery to inspire, lead and grow our Community Service Programs across multiple regions. This role will be a driving force for Workforce Management, Planning, and Direction for workforce needs, and for Supporting their teams to do their best work.About the RoleThe key purpose of this role is the effective operational management of Feros Care's service delivery for our Community programs. You will be responsible for ensuring that service delivery across our Community Services programs results in an exceptional customer experience and that client retention goals are realised.To achieve this, you will lead a multidisciplinary, skilled and diverse workforce that deliver cost effective and client centred care to Feros Care's clients within the community.
