Feros Care are currently working on some exciting new projects to assist our senior clients to live their best lives by utilising plug and play style tele-healthcare, smart home and smart device technologies in their own homes. We are currently recruiting for two positions to support these projects. As a Technical Support Officer, you will be travelling to our valued client’s homes and using your digital technology savviness to set-up and troubleshoot the supplied technologies for our clients. You will also utilise your high level of customer service skills, patience and empathy to support our clients to adopt and thrive with their new technology.What You’ll Be DoingUndertaking troubleshooting on client devices and Feros Care supplied devices and equipment, both in person and via phone/emailActively problem solving with clients; resolving incidents as quickly as possible, documenting and escalating as requiredDelivering one-on-one digital training on how to utilise smart technologiesReporting client outcomes, utilising templates and systems as directedReporting and documenting client feedback using Feros Care systemsBeing an ambassador and promoting Feros Care at each opportunitySustaining a 90% satisfaction rating from client feedback As a Lifelink Operations Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the Lifelink team with administration tasks, assisting clients with product enquiries, provisioning and installation of devices and equipment, and troubleshooting device issues.
