Community Services Regional Manager – Sunshine Coast, Qld

An opportunity is now available for a new Community Services Regional Manager (CSRM) on the Sunshine Coast. The CSRM will oversee the day to day operations and clinical management of community services ranging from Allied Health, Nursing and Care. The CSRM is a vital in ensuring that the services we provide are consistent with Feros Care’s BOLD mission and values. You will play a key role in building and maintaining experienced, skilled, happy and motivated multi-disciplinary teams of staff, volunteers and contractors across the region ranging from Wide Bay right down to the Darling Downs. The Role: Ensure effective workforce planning so that a workforce is always available to achieve responsive service delivery, service levels and we are able to provide the best possible care to our clients Ensure regional teams have the clinical leadership, expert advice and issue resolution to facilitate high quality community services (inclusive of Allied Health and Nursing) Build a strong understanding of individual staff, their talents, their aspirations and goals to ensure staff can do their Best Life's Work at Feros Care Lead, support and develop service teams to create engaging, positive, playful, creative, cohesive and productive workplaces The boxes you will tick: Relevant tertiary qualification in a Management, Social Welfare/ Human Service/ Nursing/ Health Discipline (and current registration with a professional body where applicable) Broad experience in service delivery and quality systems in either the aged, community care or health sectors Demonstrated experience in leading community based multi-disciplinary service teams where you created a workplace culture that was engaging, positive, playful, creative, cohesive and productive Previous management experience in a health service, aged, community or related environment Ability to create strong regional networks of internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve our operational and strategic goals (including shared services, external contractors, education institutions) Understanding and advanced knowledge of person-centred care and an ability to deliver consistent professional and innovative services, quality outcomes and exceptional client experience Work Perks (the goodies!): Be part of an organisation who’s shaking up the aged care industry Smash your health and fitness goals with free gym membership Keeping health and wellbeing at the top of mind, take advantage of our Employee Assistance Program Salary packaging You’ll be backed by a training and development team committed to your continuous face to face and online learning Truly fun, flexible and supportive work environment – we walk the talk Plus, meaningful experiences where you know you are making a positive impact in the local community every day Variety is the spice of life - everyone is welcome and everyone matters at Feros Care.
