Regional Lead, Regional Assessment Service (RAS) – QLD
The purpose of this newly created role is to provide exceptional leadership to the remote assessment teams through monitoring performance and mentoring staff. You will do this by supporting the workforce to demonstrate quality and performance outcomes and ensuring the client experience and our reputation is world class.This role will be employed on a 12 month fixed term contract and is open to candidates in any location where the Regional Assessment Service is delivered by Aspire 4 Life within QLD (Bundaberg & South). This is a mobile role. What are some things I might be doing? Provide leadership and operational support on a daily basisParticipate in and deliver Home Support AssessmentsMonitor the team’s assessments and support planning through formal and informal auditing processes, ensuring they align with KPI requirementsProvide mentoring and coaching to ensure assessments are delivered within a wellness and reablement frameworkWork collaboratively to develop reports, interpret and analyse data, categorise risk and develop and implement sustainable corrective actionsActively monitor, report and address client satisfactionManage resource and leave management, to ensure continuity of service delivery for our clients and delivery of KPIsWork collaboratively to develop reports, interpret and analyse data, categorise risk and develop and implement sustainable corrective actionsTravel as required to provide leadership to the mobile workforce What will I need? Experience in people management and leadership, creating a workplace culture that is engaging, positive, playful, creative, cohesive and productiveExperience managing/supporting a mobile case management, care planning or assessment service workforceWorking experience in aged and/or community care settingExperience achieving contractual KPI and quality outcomesDemonstrated ability to create strong regional networks of internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve our operational goalsUnderstanding and ability to maintain knowledge of relevant legislationAbility to travel interstate for at least three (3) business days per month Qualifications, Certificates and Registrations: Statement of Attainment 2 (Regional Assessment Service) and experience working as an assessor within this programTertiary qualifications in a Business/Management/Community Services/Health DisciplineUnrestricted drivers licenceFor brownie points:Previous experience working within a Regional Assessment servicePrevious experience working in and /or supporting a remote team About aspire4Life (www.aspire4life.com.au) Aspire4Life, powered by Feros Care, is a leading assessment and case management agency delivering world-class assessment, planning, coordination, restorative and wellbeing services.
