Recruitment Advisor… with a TWIST! (Coolangatta)
We are a team of 5 recruiters and we are on the hunt for an unconventional Recruitment Advisor to join our tribe due to an internal career move. 2020 is a year for us to grow our Employer Branding so this is not a traditional recruitment role. We are after someone creative, someone who can help us spice things up. You might have a background in marketing, communications or journalism. You enjoy the day to day in recruitment but like to mix it up with project work. The role: We support a diverse group of clients and collaborate with them to understand exactly what they are after and establish the best way to find them a ‘gem’. Search high and low for candidates who are just as passionate as we are. You will represent Feros Care with integrity and professionalism and will speak authentically about who we are and what our mission is. Help us craft recruitment strategies and implement best practices to take our service delivery to the next level. We want to be game-changers in our field! Create new ways to surprise and delight candidates and provide them an amazing experience. You will rock at building and maintaining talent pools by identifying and engaging unique candidates through market mapping and creative sourcing techniques. The boxes you'll tick: You are happy to put on your ‘marketing’ hat on and promote Feros Care and our job opportunities. LinkedIn is your fave tool and you understand the value of social media in our role. You are creative and ingenious - we don't want you to fit in, we want you to stand out!You know how to use tech as your biggest asset. You have experience in full-cycle recruitment (internal recruitment experience is preferred) or have a big interest in jumping into this field. You are self- driven, always on a mission and focused on making things happen. You are a real team player, show initiative and are able to navigate complex scenarios with a sense of urgency. You have the ability to embrace change with a great attitude and competing priorities will never make you tumble. Sourcing and hunting the best talent is your second nature. Please note: This is a fixed-term contract ending in December 2020. For brownie points:You have a bit of a background in marketing, journalism, communications or similar. You have Project Management qualifications or experience.
