The Role:Our Marketing team is responsible for all brand, marketing and media activity for the business. This includes our aged care brand Feros Care, and our Aspire4Life, Be Someone For Someone and In Great Company brands. It’s a big job and no two days are the same! The team is responsible for growing and driving each brand, supporting and working across all of our business divisions to maximise long term value and sustainability.Reporting to the Head of Brand and Marketing, the core focus of the Marketing Manager is to work across the marketing team in an operational capacity to help the business plan, prepare and report on a range of marketing initiatives. These include marketing plans and activities to drive acquisition, retention and creating upsell opportunities in line with organisational targets.You will lead and manage a team of 3 marketing professionals. You will lead by example to support your internal customers with your expertise, creative problem-solving, can-do attitude and drive for ROI on all activity. You will also liaise closely with the Digital Marketing and CRM Manager to push the boundaries in that space. The boxes you have to tick:Demonstrated ability to calmly and efficiently manage change and competing priorities and stakeholder agendasA minimum of 5 (five) years' experience in the Marketing Communication field with examples of amazing addressable campaigns deliveredProfessional experience in B2C environment firstly and secondly B2G and B2B marketsHigh level of demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of strategic marketing campaigns that are aligned to corporate strategyHigh level of experience and knowledge of brand strategy and managementStrong analytical mind with data as your super power. You use data to make decisions and influence key stakeholdersLeadership experience and demonstrated career progressionProven experience managing multiple assets and campaignsA natural, friendly, measured communication style that is responsive, succinct and effectiveAn ability to grasp complex technical/business concepts and express them to others in a simple, clear languageDemonstrated experience with briefing internal and external agencies Qualifications, Certificates and Registrations: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business related discipline is essential For bonus points:Previous experience working within the health, aging, disability or care industry is not essential however it is valuablePrevious experience in competitive markets such as airlines, telecommunications, health insurance and financial services also valued What are you waiting for?
