The Role: The Learning and Development Lead is responsible for leading the Learning and Development team and the delivery and development of Feros Care's learning and development activities. This role works with the wider organisational stakeholders to provide learning and development advice and support.You will ensure face-to-face, virtual and online delivery of education, events and programs meet organisational expectations, quality and legislative requirements and business needs.
