Or our Ask Gran Not Google initiative, which encourages inter-generational connection through conversation.This role will be located in Tweed South, NSWThe Role:Our Marketing team is responsible for all brand, marketing and media activity for the Feros Care Group; Feros Care, Aspire4Life and In Great Company (our volunteering program) brands – with an emphasis on our Disability arm of the organisation. it’s a big job and no two days are the same! The team is responsible for growing and driving each brand, working across all of our business divisions to maximise long term value and sustainability.Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer the Head of Brand and Marketing is responsible for the development, implementation and management of strategic and operational marketing objectives for Feros Care. This includes but not limited to, building all strategies for corporate marketing, client acquisition and retention campaigns, PR and media relations, brand and profile, digital marketing, community events and competitive intelligence.The boxes you have to tick:Extensive professional experience in a similar position managing a range of business functions such marketing strategy, PR, campaigns and digital marketingExtensive professional experience in B2C environment firstly and secondly B2G and B2B marketsA strong track record in developing a compelling brand, marketing, and customer propositionsA proven ability to drive cultural and structural change via collaboration and a clear value placed on high performance, quality and serviceExtensive experience in Corporate deregulated/competitive retail, FMCG, airline, consumer financial/insurance products, private health insurance industries will be highly regardedSignificant leadership experience and demonstrated career progressionSignificant experience in leading marketing and business planning processesExcellent project management skills, including a strong track record in effective resource allocation, budget management and delivering on significant strategic projectsStrong understanding of contemporary commercial practices, including client acquisition, client retention and client harvestingExceptional communication skills, including writing, presenting, negotiating and influencingHigh level relationship building, interpersonal and stakeholder management (internal and external) capabilitiesDemonstrated staff management, staff development, team building ability  Qualifications, Certificates and Registrations: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business related discipline is essentialAppropriate professional recognition and membership to professional bodies is expectedFor bonus points: Knowledge, awareness or understanding of the health, aging, disability or care may be beneficial but not essentialThe Perks: Salary packaging (up to $15,899 per annum)Relish in living on the desirable Northern NSW coast or Gold Coast, working for a successful, ever-changing and ever-growing organisationNot-for-profit organisation – it feels good to give backTruly flexible and supportive work environment – we walk the talkGenerous gender-neutral paid parental leaveGrowth prospects and upward mobilityWe work hard but also love to bring play into our dayBe part of an organisation shaking up the people care industryBacked by an internal training and development team committed to your growth and so much more!This role is a 12 month fulltime maternity leave cover – start date early January 2020What are you waiting for? Need a little more convincing?
