Customer Service Liasion – Logistics and Rostering
Expression of Interest - Customer Service Liaison - Logistics and Rostering (LARS) We are looking for two individuals who thrive in fast-paced and ever-changing environments and enjoys helping people over the phone. We need efficient problem solvers who have outstanding customer service skills. About the Role: As part of our rostering team, you will play a critical role in ensuring staff are allocated efficiently and effectively in various regions throughout Australia. Each day you will be assisting with unplanned changes to existing rosters, forward planning for future services and preparing schedules that reduce staff travel time between appointments. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships (inbound and outbound). You will act as a central point of contact for remote staff, providing support and assistance in relation to service bookings. All communications are recorded in our central client management system and you will be accessing multiple programs to capture key information which provides essential reporting for our business. About You: You are the type of person who remains stress-free in busy times. You can capture critical information quickly and accurately. You are a customer service whizz and contribute to a positive and FUN-filled team environment who know how to work hard but also have a laugh. You will be someone that is calm and steady in times of peak trafficExperience in logistics and rosteringYou will have previous experience working within the customer service industry You will have well-developed communication skills (written, verbal and listening) with highly developed telephone techniques. You will have a high level of computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheets and databases). Great team player! Availability and flexibility is required This role will be employed on a full time, fixed term contract for 12 months.
